Independent room: 49 CHF/night for 1 person + 35 CHF for the final cleaning fee
Payments can be made in CHF/€ to the Swiss bank account (exchange rate of the day according to xe.com) or via PayPal (+5%). There is a returnable caution (150 CHF) which will be requested at the time of booking. Caution will be returned 48 h after stay, if there was no damages / accidents.
Discounts:
28+ days: 10% from the price (cleaning fee remains unchanged, but we propose complimentary cleaning each 2 weeks from the day of the arrival)
